Overview
The Sydney Opera House is seeking a supplier to procure and implement an upgraded vehicle appointment management system to replace the current system used to manage Loading Dock bookings.
Objectives
- Procure a robust, reliable and user-centred vehicle booking management system that supports the Sydney Opera House's current and future operational requirements
- Improve the user experience by providing an intuitive and efficient booking process for staff, contractors and external users
- Enhance visibility and management of vehicle bookings to support operational planning and decision-making
- Strengthen site security and operational control through improved booking information, approval workflows and access management
- Deliver a scalable solution that integrates with existing business processes and supports future enhancements
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a vehicle booking management system to support all required uses for staff managing Loading Dock bookings
- A system that is easy to access for users with granted access and is user friendly
- Integration with current Sydney Opera House infrastructure (software and hardware) at a minimum
- Implementation, support and training
