Overview
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care is seeking a provider to deliver Application Managed Services for the CHAMP platform and its supporting application ecosystem.
Purpose
The procurement seeks a provider capable of delivering a stable, business-aligned operational support model that maintains service continuity, supports ongoing enhancement and release activities, and strengthens end-to-end operational support across the broader CHAMP environment.
Scope
Core AMS Services
- L2 and L3 application support for the CHAMP platform and associated services
- Incident, problem, change and release management
- Service request fulfilment and operational support activities
- Application maintenance and defect resolution
- Enhancement assessment, estimation and implementation support
- Service performance monitoring and SLA management
- Operational reporting and governance participation
- Business continuity and operational resilience support
- Transition-in and knowledge transfer activities
CHAMP Ecosystem Support
- Operational monitoring and support across integrated components supporting CHAMP
- Coordination and management of interfaces, APIs and connected services
- End-to-end incident ownership and operational issue resolution
- Improved operational visibility across the supporting application ecosystem
SharePoint Information Management & Access Administration (proposed uplift item)
- Operational administration of approved SharePoint document structures supporting CHAMP
