Tender Description
SWC wishes to:
* Implement the “Liferay” portal product as the enterprise portal platform
* Implement the Microsoft “Biztalk” product as the Data Management and Integration solution
* Select a vendor who will work in partnership with the organisation to implement the solutions to achieve the forecast business benefits
* Select a vendor who is prepared to bear an appropriate proportion of project risk
* Select the best value-for-money offering that meets the requirements and maximises value to be obtained
* Look to the chosen supplier to actively and aggressively pursue those practices which will serve to minimise the cost to State Water both during implementation and in the future operation of its business.
