Tender Description
Overview
The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) requires support and maintenance services for the National Introduced Marine Pest Information System (NIMPIS) website and associated application suite.
Scope
The Supplier will provide support and maintenance on the NIMPIS website and associated applications. The scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Hosting upon and configuration of the Azure platform, relative to NIMPIS requirements
- Ensuring all NIMPIS items hosted perform per approved requirements
- Design and build documentation, including website availability and performance
- Support of the NIMPIS web application, including maintenance, deployment, configuration and functionality
- Maintaining tracking of progress and responses to issue and work items
- Allowing customers to report issues to be resolved and request functionality changes
- Customer support for NIMPIS hosting arrangements, including migration into DAFF tenancies while a transition is implemented
- Delivery of website services based on pre-paid support hour blocks
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Initial period: 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027
- Extension options: Intention to seek two additional 12 month extension options
- Normal response time: Within 24 hours
- Resolution time: Approximately 7 days (dependent on issue or service)
- Critical issues: As soon as possible (for example, website down)
- Support hours: Extended business hours, 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays
Information Requested
Respondents are encouraged to provide quoting for additional support hours in blocks of 25, 50, 75 or 100 hours.
