Overview
eHealth NSW, on behalf of NSW Ambulance, is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to design, supply, implement and support a modern Triple Zero (000) telephony solution for NSW Ambulance's critical control centre operations.
Objectives
The goal is to provide a scalable, resilient and supported solution to meet current operational requirements and future service demands across NSW Ambulance, including the State Operations Centre, Regional Control Centres, Aeromedical Control Centre and Virtual Clinical Care Centre (VCCC).
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design of a modern 000 telephony solution for critical control centre operations
- Supply of the 000 telephony solution
- Implementation of the 000 telephony solution
- Ongoing support of the 000 telephony solution
