Overview
The Department of Customer Service (NSW) is seeking to procure a scalable, vendor-neutral data visualisation platform for BCNSW, supporting agency-wide regulatory and operational reporting in alignment with government architecture and procurement policies.

- Ensuring consistency between operational and analytical reporting
