Overview
Marist Schools Australia Limited (MSA Ltd) invites suitably qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply, implementation and ongoing support of a modern, cloud-based Finance Information System for MSA Ltd and its network of 12 governed schools.
Purpose
The selected solution will provide a secure, scalable, multi-entity finance platform that standardises financial processes, strengthens governance and reporting, and supports the evolving operational needs of MSA Ltd and its schools.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Solution design and configuration
- Data migration
- System integrations
- Testing
- Training
- Change management
- Go-live support
- Ongoing maintenance
Objectives
- Enable consistent financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Improve automation and internal controls
- Provide role-based reporting and dashboards across school, regional and national levels
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Implementation is expected to commence in January 2027
- Staged rollout across participating schools over a three-year period
