Overview
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts is seeking a supplier to build, host and manage the backend of an Image Library / Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Building, hosting and managing the backend of an Image Library / DAM system
- Supporting the function of a public-facing image gallery that hosts and distributes broadcast and print quality materials, including photos and videos
- Hosting and distributing content highlighting Commonwealth investment in infrastructure, transport, regional development, communications, sport and the arts
Current Usage Profile
- 2TB storage allocation (current usage is approximately 900GB)
- 4 administrator accounts
- 5 contributor accounts
- Up to 2000 user licences (approximately 675 currently active)
