Overview
Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) is seeking to procure Lead Architect/Health Planner and Engineering Design Services for the Lakes Emergency Department Expansion and Flow Improvement Project and the Central Lakes CMH Outpatient Services Redevelopment Project, and potentially for similar works upcoming in the Lakes/Dunstan/Central Otago area over the next 12 months.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of Lead Architect/Health Planner and Engineering Design Services for the Lakes Emergency Department Expansion and Flow Improvement Project
- Provision of Lead Architect/Health Planner and Engineering Design Services for the Central Lakes CMH Outpatient Services Redevelopment Project
- Potential provision of similar design services for other works upcoming in the Lakes/Dunstan/Central Otago area within the next 12 months
