Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Alpine Shire Council seeks to engage a suitably experienced consultant to act as the Geotechnical Inspection and Testing Authority (GITA) and to provide Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services, including full-time Level 1 on-site supervision.

These services are required for the capping works associated with Area 6 and 7 at the Porepunkah Transfer Station and are to be undertaken in accordance with AS 3798-2007 Guidelines on Earthworks for Commercial and Residential Developments*, the approved Technical Specification and CQA Plan, and the requirements of the Environment Protection Act 1970.
