Job details
The Digital Business Division (DBD) provides retail digital services for export and biosecurity regulation, operations, and compliance at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. This generates a range of efficiencies and delivers best-in-class digital and data products. The division is responsible for a suite of mission-critical systems and services through enterprise data governance and data analysis services.
The Digital Business Division manages a complex portfolio of interdependent digital initiatives spanning export, biosecurity and enterprise platforms. Delivery is occurring across multiple programs, governance forums and funding horizons, with a high degree of sequencing, resource dependency and external constraint.
The Master Scheduler role is required to establish, maintain and operate an integrated, enterprise‑level schedule that provides a single source of truth across the divisional delivery portfolio.
The role will operate within the Divisional PMO, working closely with program and project managers, delivery leads, finance and governance teams to ensure schedules are accurate, aligned, and actively used to support delivery confidence, capacity planning and prioritisation.
