The ICT Group Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Director for our Data and Analytics Ecosystem Program. Our projects in the AIHW rely heavily on data and analytics, as we focus on using data and statistics to promote better health and wellbeing for all Australians.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead and manage the delivery of the program from initiation through to closure in collaboration with business areas, with a focus on business benefits led delivery. You will lead the delivery of the core data and analytics platform for the ecosystem, working closely with project managers, who will be responsible for delivery of other capabilities in our ecosystem.
To succeed in this role, you will have an excellent track record of delivering complex programs, ideally in a data and analytics context or similar environment. You will be a great communicator, and team player focused on driving a collaborative result focused culture between business, technology, external stakeholders and vendors. You will ideally have at least 5+ years’ experience in leading and managing the delivery of complex programs with a strong focus on achieving business outcomes through transformative change, ensuring buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
