Building Works Package – 2028 ELVC – Forward Notice

⁠⁠⁠This is an Advanced Tender Notice to receive notification from parties interested in VSBA_BWP_2028ELVC for ‘VSBA - Building Works Package – 2028 ELVC – Forward Notice being delivered by the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), Kinder Infrastructure Delivery (KID) branch.

Please note that this Advance Tender Notice and is not the actual Tender – no Tender documentation is provided at this stage.

The VSBA is intending to release Selective Tenders for a Building Works Packages (BWP) as set out in the attached VSBA_BWP_2028 ELVC.pdf.

The Selective Tenders will be to design and/or construct the facilities within each project scope.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued for each individual project/bundle as set out in the attached. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited for each RFT.

To be eligible a firm must be prequalified in the ‘New Commercial Construction’ category on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR), with the qualification level set out in the attached.

Respondents must follow the instructions in the attached VSBA_BWP_2028 ELVC.pdf document, sending responses to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.

Responses must be received no later than 5.00PM on Thursday, 11th June 2026.

Based on responses to Annexure A, the VSBA will determine which firms are to be invited to submit a tender for the RFT based on the firm’s experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
