Tender Description
Overview
Wellington Shire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a partial roof replacement at the Maffra Basketball Stadium, Cameron Sporting Complex, Maffra.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Replacement of approximately 130m² of roofing at the Cameron Sporting Complex, Maffra, where the existing roof sheeting has deteriorated and is exhibiting corrosion and localised rust perforations
- Supply and installation of replacement commercial-grade roof sheeting
- Supply and installation of associated flashings and guttering
- All ancillary works necessary to complete the project
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Works are to be completed within six months of contract award
