Overview
Wellington Shire Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to remove and replace the existing concrete entrance pad at Gumnuts Early Learning Centre, Sale. The existing concrete pad has insufficient fall and experiences water ponding adjacent to the building entrance.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Removal of the existing concrete entrance pad at Gumnuts Early Learning Centre, Sale
- Replacement of the concrete entrance pad
- Any minor associated works required to achieve positive drainage away from the building
- Maintaining accessible access to the building entrance
Instructions to Tenderers
Respondents are invited to submit a lump sum quotation for the removal and replacement of the concrete pad, including any minor associated works required to achieve positive drainage away from the building whilst maintaining accessible access.
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Works are to be completed within six months of contract award
