Tender Description
Council is seeking to establish a panel of experienced and qualified Consultants to assist with its statutory planning functions. The panel will be set out as separable portions of specialised services as follows:
• Category 1 - Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) representation and/or experts witness services; and
• Category 2 - Preparation of overflow reports in relation to planning applications for Council or delegate consideration.
Tenderers are able to submit for both or either category depending on specialist knowledge.
