City of Kingston is seeking proposals from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of Urban Design Consultant Streetscape Frameworks for the Moorabbin and Mentone Activity Centres.

The scope includes:

• Provision of urban design consultancy services for streetscape frameworks covering the Moorabbin and Mentone Activity Centres
