Digital Community Engagement Platform

⁠⁠⁠Manningham Council is conducting a tender process to procure services for our Digital Community Engagement Platform (yoursay.manningham.vic.gov.au).

We are seeking a stable and reliable cloud-based, all-in-one SaaS platform which can facilitate community participation via engagement tools (such as surveys, newsfeeds, forums and other feedback tools) that are usable across different levels of participation (Inform, Consult, Involve, Collaborate, and Empower).

Any questions about this tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in the etender portal. The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
