Merri-bek City Council is seeking to appoint a sole supplier to deliver a modern, reliable and secure Food Service (Delivered Meals Management) Solution.

Purpose

The solution is intended to improve the efficiency of the Council's Food Service / Delivered Meals service, streamline day-to-day operations, and support service delivery across all operating locations.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Implementation of the Food Service (Delivered Meals Management) Solution
  • Ongoing support and maintenance of the solution

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • The contract will be a multi-year agreement covering implementation, ongoing support and maintenance of the solution
