Warwick Depot Truck Wash

⁠⁠⁠Southern Downs Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for design and construction of Yangan Depot Truck Wash, as described in the tender package.

Scope Inclusions

Separable portion A: Design and Approvals

• Design Wastewater take off between Pump well and Sewer

• Design drive over spill containment Bunding to fully surround the concrete pad used for truck wash bay.

• Complete Design Development up to IFC Drawings

• Acquire relevant approvals

• Provide Separable portion B cost estimate based off IFC design and seek SDRC Approval.

Separable portion B: Construction

• Procure Rental Oil Water Separator Clarifier based off IFC design

• Removal and disposal of:

- Redundant truck wash equipment

• Install wastewater take system off between pump well and Sewer.

• Install drive over spill containment Bunding to fully surround the concrete pad used for truck wash bay.

• Commission all works and make good
