Overview
Southern Downs Regional Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor or contractors to provide design and construction works for two landslip sites as part of Council's 2025 DRFA Program.

A site assessment and option analysis of the sites has been undertaken by Engeo (Australia) Pty Ltd through their Brisbane office.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design works for two landslip sites located east of Warwick in the Swanfel area
- Construction works for the two landslip sites
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Works are targeted for completion by 12 March 2027
Location
The sites are located east of Warwick in the Swanfel area, on Days Road, Swanfels and Top Swanfels Road, Swanfels. Refer to Attachments C and D for location maps.
