Provision of Heavy Inert Recycling Services

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council (Council) invites tenders from qualified and appropriately licensed contractors the Provision of Heavy Inert Recycling Services.

The Objectives of the Service are:

• Provision of an accessible and efficient service that has the flexibility to provide for changing circumstances and demand, whilst offering continuous improvement;
•  Reduction of waste to landfill and maximisation of resource recovery through the provision of the service;
•  Minimisation of energy and water use, greenhouse emissions and other pollutants through the provision of the service;
•  Provision of best practice services that comply with and exceed relevant legislation, occupation health and safety and policy requirements.
•  Provision of a service that enhances the Council's reputation as a service provider and sustainability promoting organisation
