The purpose of seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to determine a shortlist of candidates to be invited to tender for a Property, Rating, Building Services and Statutory Planning Services system contract.

Our current system has managed core functions like property, rates, building services and statutory planning services for over 20 years at Council, City of Whittlesea would like to explore opportunities to determine the best business value.
