Greater Dandenong City ERP - EOI 2026

⁠⁠⁠Scope:

The project involves the potential replacement or modernisation of the City of Greater Dandenong’s existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment to support improved integration, sustainability, resilience, and alignment with contemporary organisational and service delivery needs.

Through this EOI, Council is seeking to engage experienced service providers to provide information on ERP solutions and associated implementation approaches that can operate effectively within a complex enterprise environment. This includes consideration of integration with existing and future systems, non functional requirements such as security, hosting, privacy, performance, and accessibility, and the practical realities of operating within a local government context.

The project is intended to explore how modern ERP platforms and delivery models may support Council’s corporate and business functions, inform understanding of solution capabilities and implementation considerations, and provide indicative commercial models to support internal planning and decision making.

The outcomes of this market engagement may be used to inform consideration of next steps, including the potential progression to a subsequent tender stage, subject to Council approval.
