Robert Booth Reserve - Netball Court Redevelopment Hampton Park

The City of Casey invites suitable tenderers to undertake the redevelopment of the Hampton Park netball courts at Robert Booth Reserve.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Site establishment
• Underground services verification
• Demolition and removal of existing infrastructure (as detailed in the project drawings)
• Earthworks and site preparation
• Drainage works, including pit and pipe installation and connection to existing relevant pits
• Construction of new courts, incorporating all features specified in the project drawings
• Installation of foundations, poles and lighting, including obtaining all required building permits (to be arranged by the contractor)
• Electrical infrastructure upgrades as required
• Supply and installation of fencing, gates and shelter, including foundations and associated building permit requirements (permits to be arranged by the contractor)
• Supply and installation of the specified acrylic court surface
• Supply and installation of goal posts as specified
• Testing and commissioning of electrical assets
• Reinstatement works
• Provision of all required documentation, including as-built drawings and warranties
