This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is responsible for managing the application of bankruptcy and personal property securities laws through the delivery of high-quality personal insolvency and trustee, regulation and enforcement, and personal property securities services.
AFSA is seeking an external provider to help design, develop, implement and host an eLearning solution to support AFSA’s education outreach goals relating to Bankruptcy. For the purposes of this procurement, we have termed the outcome sought as a “Bankruptcy Basics” eLearning package.
