Supply and Delivery of Concrete

Horsham Rural City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and equipped suppliers to form a panel contract for the supply and delivery of concrete for use across a range of Council construction and maintenance projects within the Horsham Rural City Council municipality. The panel will be used to support civil, infrastructure and operational works as required over the term of the contract.

This contract will be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option of one further three (3) year extension period, exercisable at the sole discretion of Council.

The quantum of works offered under this contract is not quantified or guaranteed, and suppliers will be engaged on an ‘as required’ basis in accordance with operational needs.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic tenders will only be accepted if submitted via Council’s e tender portal

Questions about this tender must be lodged via the e tender portal. Questions will be answered until 12:00 pm Sunday 22 February 2026.
