Tender Description

The Reserve Bank of Australia ABN 50 008 559 486 (the Bank) invites Proposals from respondents for Psychometric Assessment Tool Services.

As part of its ongoing commitment to fair, consistent and evidence-based recruitment and talent identification, the Bank is seeking to engage a strategic provider/partner to support the assessment of candidates’ cognitive capability, behavioural attributes and role-relevant skills. Psychometric assessments play a critical role in enabling objective decision-making, strengthening quality of hire, and supporting the identification of leadership potential across the organisation. The Bank is therefore looking for a solution that is robust, scalable and fit-for-purpose across a range of roles and hiring scenarios.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents an opportunity for suitably qualified providers to demonstrate their capability to deliver contemporary, validated assessment tools and an associated service model that enhances the Bank’s recruitment and talent outcomes. In addition to the quality and integrity of assessment instruments, the Bank places importance on an efficient delivery model that supports timely recruitment processes and improves speed to market—enabling assessments to be deployed quickly and consistently to meet business demand.

The Bank is seeking a provider that can offer a secure and user-friendly platform, inclusive and positive candidate experience, and practical support for hiring stakeholders, including clear reporting and insights to inform selection decisions. The proposed solution should be capable of supporting varying volumes, role types and assessment modes, including written and video submissions, and should demonstrate the ability to evolve with the Bank’s needs over the term of the arrangement.
