Overview
Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking best practice HR System Software available for purchase on a monthly subscription, or an annual lump sum, which manages the full life cycle of employment.
Purpose
The implementation of a standard HR System serves as a risk mitigation tool, will make the team more effective, and will allow Council to meet reporting requirements under the Gender Equality Act 2020.
Scope
The scope includes provision of an HR System Software solution that manages the life cycle of employment, covering:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employment management, including appraisals
- Career progression
- Workforce planning
- Employee exit
Program delivery is required by 31 August 2026.
Instructions to Tenderers
- Shortlisted suppliers will be invited to provide a software demonstration
- Failure to supply a monthly subscription price in Schedule 7 will result in the tender not being evaluated
- All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated
- Sufficient time must be allowed to upload submissions prior to the 4pm deadline; tenderers are advised to familiarise themselves with the online form and uploading options via the 'Response' tab
- Late submissions in any format will not be accepted; if a submission is midway through upload when the clock reaches 4:00pm, it will not be accepted and cannot be continued
- A good quality network or internet connection is recommended
- All communications regarding the submission must be made via Tendersearch using the 'Questions' tab
