Job details
The Bureau is undertaking initiatives involving the implementation, enhancement and optimisation of SAP systems to support business operations and strategic objectives.
The Business Analyst will support the successful delivery of business and technology change initiatives by eliciting, analysing and translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements, while leading stakeholder engagement activities to ensure adoption and sustainability of outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work in a team environment, build positive relationships and be flexible and innovative, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure. They will possess advanced verbal and written communications skills and be confident working with different stakeholders, including project managers, delivery teams, vendors and senior managers.
A previous background working on finance, procurement and HR – related projects and previous experience with SAP would be highly advantageous.
