The Skills Demand Modelling team are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to lead the transition of a complex microsimulation model from a development environment into a robust, scalable, and well-governed production environment.
The role will involve the delivery of core data engineering functions, including: implementing and testing the relevant DevOps team’s model repo, script development and testing, automation process development for running simulations in databricks, and architecture, documentation and automation updates.
This role will support the completion of the base microsimulation model and development of scenario capacity, which is a foundational modelling capability for Jobs and Skills Australia (JSA).
