Tender Description
The Joint Transition Authority (JTA) will be conducting an open Request for Information (RFI) to help Defence determine the most suitable ICT platform(s), and ancillary/support services, to deliver Transition Seminars. This RFI will also aid in determining the best method to procure the identified platforms(s).
The JTA requires an 'Events Management' software platform to host and manage the Seminars. The JTA also requires ancillary/support services essential to the successful running of the software, including technical expertise before and during the Seminars to troubleshoot platform faults and issues. These services are a critical part of the requirement and form an essential part of running live Seminars and maintaining the availability of static (not live) Seminars.
