Padel Court Facility and Operational Services

City of Salisbury are seeking Expression of Interest Proposals from operators who would have interest in the construction and operation of a Padel facility within the City of Salisbury Council area.

Scope:

Padel is an emerging racquet sport growing rapidly across Australia and internationally. It is recognised for being inclusive, highly social, and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Council is aware of the growing interest in establishing Padel in South Australia and is exploring opportunities to support its introduction into the community. 

Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from operators with experience or a demonstrated interest in constructing and managing a Padel facility.

To lodge a compliant proposal, proponents must first register their interest via email.

Once registered, Council will provide a list of potential locations for consideration. While these sites have been identified by Council, operators are welcome to propose alternative locations if they believe a different site will better support the success of the facility.

Council encourages proponents to use this process to outline what they consider necessary for a successful venture, including but not limited to site amenity, preferred location characteristics, supporting infrastructure, and opportunities for complementary recreation activities.

There is a Mandatory Registration of Interest to be emailed to purchasing@salisbury.sa.gov.au. A reply email will be sent to confirm registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up by email or by phoning 8406 8222 and providing details for registration. It is your responsibility to confirm receipt of this, or proposals may not be evaluated.
