City of Port Adelaide Enfield ABN 68 399 090 894 (the Principal) invites persons (Tenderers) to submit offers (Tenders) to undertake the works) under the form of the contract in PART 6 of this Request for Tender (RFT) (the Contract, which includes the documents in PARTS 7 and 8 (respectively the Specifications/Brief and Drawings)).
In brief, the works require the following:
- Construction of new place and landscaping
The Works include all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and documentation necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract. This encompasses earthworks, drainage, pavements, concrete works, kerbing, line marking, traffic devices, verge works and reinstatement. The Contractor is responsible for preparing and implementing all required management plans, staging works to suit traffic and environmental constraints, and coordinating with all authorities, stakeholders and residents.
