H.W. Cox Reserve Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City of Onkaparinga is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers for:

• H W Cox Reserve Upgrade

H W Cox Reserve in Morphett Vale is classed as a neighbourhood family reserve, with existing play equipment, furniture and public tennis courts. This reserve has been scheduled to be upgraded in the 2026/27 financial year, with the existing elements reaching the end of useful asset life.

Scope:

Work Included

The work included in this contract comprises the provision of all labour, plant, tools and materials and includes but is not limited by the following:

− All visible existing irrigation hardware made redundant to be removed, cleaned and returned to the client. (includes all sprinklers, solenoid valves, valve boxes)

− Reinstate excavations to finished grade.

− Supply & installation of a new irrigation system as shown on the drawing.

− Connect to the new water meters at the locations shown on the drawings.

− Supply and install drip valves at the locations shown on the irrigation plan. 

Responses must be lodged before the Closing Time and in accordance with all other requirements specified within the request documents.
