Tender Description
The Bell Yett Reserve master plan was endorsed by Council in 2022 and works are gradually being implemented. In the 2026/27 financial year work is to occur on the recreation area to the south of the existing tennis/netball courts. This work will include earthworks and installation of a basketball keyway and netball goal circle, table tennis tables, shelter with seating, BBQ, retaining walls and plantings.
It is intended that the project will commence on 13 July 2026, with an estimated two months to complete the project. The tenderer shall make due allowance for any lead times in their methodology and programme to be provided with their submission.
