Overview
Mount Barker District Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the provision of construction upgrade works at Springs Road East, Mount Barker.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Upgrade works to a 1 kilometre stretch of Springs Road East
- Asset renewal
- Road widening
- Stormwater drainage works
- Lighting works
- Landscaping works
- Widening of an existing bridge midway along the road to incorporate a footpath, wider traffic lanes and cycle lanes
Instructions to Tenderers
This Expression of Interest is stage 1 of a 2 stage procurement process. Shortlisted tenderers from this stage will progress to the tender stage for construction.
Details of the project are contained in the attached documents, together with the 70% design drawings to assist tenderers in understanding the project requirements.
