Tender Description
The City of Stirling (City) invites tenders from Contractors to perform planned and unplanned Mechanical HVAC and Aquatic Plant maintenance, including routine, reactive, renewal services, and, minor works throughout the City. The work will be allocated through the Facilities, Projects & Assets Business Unit (FPA).
The City intends to form the following panel and categories:
Panel – HVAC Maintenance Services:
o Category 1 – Community, Leased and Licensed Facilities
o Category 2 – Aquatic Facilities, Main Administration and Civic Centre, and, Operations Centre
Mandatory Licenses
It is a mandatory requirement that Tenderers hold the following licenses.
- Electrical License
- ARCTICK License
- Gas Fitter License
Mandatory Membership - AIRAH
It is a mandatory requirement that the Tenderers have membership to AIRAH and their own access to DA19 and DA28.
The City will not provide copies of DA19, DA28 or any other AIRAH documents to Tenderers.
The Contractor is responsible for all costs of membership and purchases of documents or resources from AIRAH required as part of the tender submission and in the performance of the contract.
Mandatory Requirement for Category 2 (Aquatic Facilities, Main Administration and Civic Centre, and, Operations Centre)
As this category includes the site ‘Stirling Leisure Scarborough Aquatic’ which uses a Geothermal Heating System (refer to the Specification). Tenderers for this Category must have proven experience in the maintaining and repairing of Geothermal systems to be considered to be awarded this category.
Mandatory Briefing / Site Inspection
Location: City of Stirling Main Administration and Civic Building - 25 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021.
Date: Wednesday 28th January 2026
Time: 8:00
The Mandatory Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
