Overview
VenuesWest is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the replacement of the existing boiler system at the WAIS facility under Project P26079AA, WAIS Boiler Replacement.
Purpose
The existing boiler plant has reached the end of its operational life and requires replacement to ensure the continued provision of reliable heating services to support the facility's operational requirements.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Supply, installation, commissioning, testing and handover of a new boiler system at the WAIS facility
- Supply, installation, commissioning, testing and handover of associated mechanical services infrastructure
- Delivery of the works with minimal disruption to facility operations and occupants
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in boiler system replacement and mechanical services infrastructure
