Overview
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a comprehensive HVAC replacement, ACM remediation and roof renewal project at Ashfield Primary School.
Scope
The scope includes but is not limited to:
- Part A: Roofing
- Part B: Mechanical
- Part C: Plasterglass ceiling replacement
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A site visit will be held at Ashfield Primary School, 65 Margaret Street, Ashfield 6054 on 14 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. A mandatory site briefing will also be held at Ashfield Primary School, 65 Margaret Street, Ashfield WA 6054.
