Tender Description
Overview
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Block 8 Stages 3 & 4 Roof Replacement at Thornlie Campus.
Scope
The scope includes but is not limited to:
- Roof replacement at Thornlie TAFE Campus, Block 8
- Window replacement
- Ceiling works
- Removal of timber shade structures
- Removal of decommissioned plant and ductwork
Some preliminary works can be undertaken during term-time, but intrusive works must be carried out during TAFE holidays.

A non-mandatory site briefing and site visit will be held at Thornlie Campus.
