Tender Description
The Ministerial and Parliamentary Services Division (MaPS) within the Department of Finance (Finance) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to provide emergency response management services (ERMS) across approximately 280 to 330 sites. These sites include Electorate Offices, Ministerial Offices, and Commonwealth Parliamentary Offices located in all States and Territories of Australia.
These sites must be serviced in accordance with the Service requirements, including the development of Evacuation Diagrams, Emergency Response Procedures, and associated training.
Services are broadly summarised as providing MaPS with annual emergency planning, site-specific diagrams and procedures, virtual or remote reviews and post-incident debriefs, training and updated materials for Emergency Officers, quarterly skills bulletins, support for the Emergency Planning Committee, regular reporting, ad-hoc advice, and an annual Project Plan outlining expected work for the next 12 months.
