Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠BOC is seeking highlevel information from consulting firms with capability to support a comprehensive review and redesign of the Cylinder Supply Chain operating model. The purpose of this RFI is to assess market capability, consulting experience, delivery approaches, and indicative commercial parameters ahead of issuing a detailed RFP.

Responses will help BOC shortlist qualified firms able to deliver a threemonth, designfocused engagement covering currentstate assessment, futurestate process design, ICC functional specification, planning integration, benefits quantification, and an implementation roadmap.
