Tender Description
DFAT is seeking responses to proivde design services for Phase 3 of the Australian Humanitarian Partnership (AHP).
The supplier is expected to produce the following documents:
1. Develop a Design Plan to be agreed with DFAT at the beginning of the assignment
2. Provide an Aide Memoire at a time agreed awith DFAT with initial recommendations on the direction of the design update after consultation with relevant stakeholders.
3. Develop an Updated Investment Design Document, informed by the recent final evaluation of AHP, including: objectives, program logic, M&E framework, program and governance arrangements, GEDSI, climate adaptation, mitigation, and resilience (including disaster risk reduction) analysis. The design document must align with DFAT’s Design & MEL Standards and include all relevant annexes as indicated in the Investment Design Document template.
4. Develop a statement of requirements for a contractor to manage the AHP Support Unit (AHPSU).
