Tender Description
Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to refurbish the existing Goods Shed as per design. The Goods Shed Refurbishment project will be completed in two stages.
- Separable Portion 1 - Structural refurbish works to the existing Goods Shed.
- Separable Portion 2 - Construction new internal rooms.
Tenderers must submit separate prices for each Separable Portion. Council may elect to proceed with one or both portions of work under the contract.
