Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project involves the enhancement and refurbishment of existing facilities.

Works include civil drainage upgrades, refurbishment of amenities, kitchens and change rooms, replacement of floor finishes, internal patching and painting, and treatment of corrosion affected elements.

The project also includes electrical, hydraulic and mechanical upgrades to replace end of life services, improve compliance and support ongoing operational requirements.
