Overview
Mitchell Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified, resourced and experienced contractor to construct the Seymour Community Wellbeing Hub.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of the Seymour Community Wellbeing Hub in accordance with the design documentation
- Delivery of the works in accordance with the ESD Green Star Initiatives Pathway
- Achievement of the targeted 5 Star Green Star Certification (As-Built Certified Rating)
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified, resourced and experienced in construction works of this nature
