Leisure Services - Software Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Wellington Shire Council and East Gippsland Shire Council Leisure and Recreation services are jointly seeking quotes for the replacement of current point of sale software, Links Modular Solutions (Links).

With shared ICT services, both Councils have agreed to implement a new software as a joint procurement to ensure best outcomes can be achieved across services and provide efficiencies.

 In assessing Vendor responses, Council will apply an evaluation weighting criterion where priority weighting will focus on Compliance and Cyber Security, Functionality, Integration and Price. It is important that suppliers adequately respond to the requirements within the specification and Council offers no guarantee to purchase these goods and/or services.
