This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The objective of this RFQ is for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to engage a qualified change management consulting firm that can:

  • Strengthen the strategic foundations of the change program, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and program objectives.
  • Provide expert strategic change management guidance to shape and enable successful outcomes.
  • Drive the implementation of the sponsorship and change coalition model to embed leadership and advocacy across the program.
