Tender Description
Survey instruments and ancillary equipment, software and services including Total Stations, Terrestrial Laser Scanners, GNSS Receivers, Digital Levels, GPR, Drones, LiDAR and Radar UD.
Project goals
Transport for NSW Technical, Design and Engineering branch undertakes survey tasks including geospatial, underground mapping of service utilities, cadastral, and civil surveys to support the development and delivery of construction and asset maintenance activities on NSW transport infrastructure.
The TDE branch has an extensive asset holding of technical instruments and ancillary equipment which is deployed state-wide.
They will use the survey instruments panel, established by this tender, to supply new specialised accurate equipment for the measurement, calculation and recoding of multi-dimensional spatial position, to complement the existing asset holding.
The panel will be a supply catalogue containing multiple suppliers, for an initial contract term of 3 years, with two options of 3 years each to extend the term (i.e. to 2035).
Scope
Survey instruments and ancillary equipment, software and services including Total Stations, Terrestrial Laser Scanners, GNSS Receivers, Digital Levels, GPR, Drones, LiDAR and Radar UD.
In support of the instruments, various support services including software subscriptions, online support (training packages, etc.), on-site support (training, setup, troubleshooting, etc.), maintenance and servicing of the instruments (incl. software maintenance), are also required.
A tenderer may propose to supply all or some of the requested equipment/ capabilities and may offer additional equipment/ capabilities.
The tenderer must hold the current Australian distribution agency for the proposed products/ brands.
